Three of my four orders were shorted products with a total value of $27 plus tax. Perfectly Posh got my money, but I didn't receive anything in return for that money.

I ordered bath bombs and was notified that they were out of stock---still haven't received them. I ordered 2 packages of All Mixed up and should have gotten 12 packages of bath salts--I got 10. I ordered 6 bars of Hunk Chunk soap--I got 5. Tried to call customer service--spent 40 minutes on hold and never talked to a live person.

Contacted a rep and was told that their customer service rarely responds to calls or email tickets. This company's products are great, but their customer service sucks!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Perfectly Posh Pros: Consultant and products.

Perfectly Posh Cons: Customer service, Taking my money and not providing products.

Nope...that wasn't the issue. When over a month has passed, that excuse does not work.

And why on earth would they ship from three warehouses and pay to ship three packages? Nice try, Posh rep, but I don't buy it.

After sending a letter, posting on Facebook and filing with the BBB, someone contacted me. Issue resolved, but I won't be buying again.

Because they couldn't keep up with the shipping from 2 warehouses so they opened a 3rd. In November.

I had a few orders split shipped.

I had the same issue with the bath salts. But I got everything.

As for the warehouse issue, if at anytime the warehouse closest to you doesn't have something it will be pulled from whatever warehouse does hence the split shipping. This however is done at no cost to you; you'd still pay the normal flat $5 shipping.

With as many customers and consultants that there are ordering unfortunately the downside is that things can go on an unanticipated back order very fast creating a scramble at the home office end. You could discussed this with your consultant.

Most consultant's already know to reach out to their upline in an "emergency" like this to help better accommodate the customer with getting them their product faster. It sounds like your consultant didn't know how to use her resources to make this issue right for you sooner.

Perfectly Posh has 3 warehouses from which an item can be shipped from, so the missing should arrive seperate. Contact your rep and she can contact them for you.
