What is Perfectly Posh return policy?

According to Perfectly Posh return policy, the company offers a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days from the date of sale. To be eligible for a refund or credit, the merchandise must be unopened, unused, and the product must not be damaged in any way.

Products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging and the packaging must not be altered, damaged, or marked upon in any way. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns should be sent to the following address: Perfectly Posh, Returns 1786 South 4650 West Salt Lake City, UT 84104

Please note that Perfectly Posh will only accept returns on products purchased by the returnee directly from our website and shipped to them.

If your product was purchased by your Perfectly Posh Consultant and sold or sent to you, please return the product directly to that Perfectly Posh Consultant.

How can I cancel perfectly posh order?

According to the Perfectly Posh cancellation policy, you may cancel your participation in the direct sales program at any time by providing Perfectly Posh with written notice at its principal business address. Should you cancel your Consultant Agreement, Perfectly Posh will refund 90% of your Starter Kit purchase price.

A Montana resident may cancel his or her Consultant Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her Starter Kit for a full refund within such time. 

Any consultant has a right to cancel at any time, regardless of reason.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the company at its principal business address: Salt Lake City, UT 84126, or via email at support@perfectlyposh.com.

Says i am inactive and I can't sign in

I am trying to sign on to place an order and it is saying I am inactive. I had my 200.00. Order in number that should have kept me active.
