Mobile website takes me out of the "party". I was considering becoming a consultant, but after joining a mystery hostess party, using the correct link to shop, by checkout and $100 later, I wasn't in the party no longer.

My consultant was told they cant add it to my order, so im not qualified to win. This simple task not being done has made it clear that I dont want to be a consultant. I wouldnt want my customers to buy and not be able to join in because of a button that was deselected during a page change. There is no option to cancel the order after that, so ill still enjoy my products, but will no endorse in my area.

Shame, because I did like the products, but the high up service needs improvement. This lost 2 probable consultants, and probably more.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

The mystery hostess is an offer from that consultant, not from Perfectly Posh. You should have still gotten perk points for your purchase.

It was the choice of the hostess to make you ineligible to receive the bonus as mystery hostess.

Yes they do cancel orders that are not yet filled.

Sounds like the consultant didn't know what they were doing. Perfectly Posh isn't ran this way.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. It's a shame it steered you away from joining as a consultant seeing as how the information is incorrect.

If your name was drawn to win the myatery hostess party, the consultant could have just made her self the hostess and used the ponits for free products on her page for you. Sorry this error has caused you to not like a product

That consultant could have simoly added your name to her list of customers that made purchases during the Mystery Hostess Party, Perfectly Posh Corporate Has Absolutley Nothing to do with how the consultant selects their mystery hostess they have nothing to do with her setting up her partys at all. As far as the orders go if ot has not shipped yet they xan and will cancel it.

Sorry for your experience. I Hate when Consultants blame Corporate and dont Own their own business, Its Sad!!!

I understand about a bad experience changing your mind. This change can be dramatic.

Being a consultant with this or any company, your rep should have made this right for you and offered you a free full sized product of your choice or a discount or something. If she had contacted the office in a good time, the order may have been placed with the mystery hostess. Im sorry one bad egg ruined it for you, we just came out with some really great products 2 days ago. IF you are interested, you might want to try a different rep, Id love to make this right by you.

IF a person has a good rep, they wont change who they work with, but if they are unhappy, they will seek out a new rep, so an area doesnt matter unless that rep was worried about how she takes care of her customers?.please dont hold it against the company. Some reps are "cheap" but there are alot of great ones too!

Yup. I had a problem with a leader who would tell me I couldn't sell in certain areas.

I would find places to sell and tell the leader where I intended to sell, then she would give the high selling consultants to sign up, leaving me without a place to sell. In addition, I had two ladies who were suppose to sign up under me. One of the leaders of the group told these ladies if they signed up under them, they would get free products. So I just quit this business.

I don't do business like this.

So it does not surprise me.

That is NOT how perfectly posh is ran and I'm so sorry you had an experience like that. My premier is amazing and never tells me where I can or cannot sell.

She's there to back me and encourage me when I'm down. This makes me sad to hear that someone could ruin what should be a pretty cool experience in your life. I'm new (just in second month) but have used posh for over 2 years. If you ever want to talk please feel free.
