I placed my order back at the end of July. My consultant was new and she didn't realize it hadn't shipped until I asked her about it about a week and a half later after I realized that it still said submitted but not shipped or anything.

She proceeded to tell me that my credit card was declined...which it wasn't...then about 4 days later she asked if I had figured it out...excuse me was that my job. She got back to me the day after and said it was her fault...she didn't do something on her end. So on August 8th I get an email from the company saying my order was complete. Nothing else until 8/18 when I still didn't receive my order and it still sitting at submitted.

I asked my consultant who said no that isn't normal...on the 19th she submitted an SR...to which I still don't know if she received an answer to cuz I haven't gotten one (as of today she says she has submitted 3). I called on 8/20 and after 2 hours on hold...I get someone who tells me my order was missing something...remember the email that said it was complete and I received NO communication of that from the company or my consultant. The lady on the phone added what was missing after I repeated the order number 4 times because she wasn't listening to me at all and kept telling me I was missing numbers. Cut me off every time I tried to say anything and then proceeded to tell me that she would walk it directly to shipping.

I waited...no order 7 days later...and I know it could take longer...BUT my order on the website now says processing (printed). So it still has NOT shipped! I was on the phone on hold to get through to someone for 3 1/2 hours today...got sick of waiting. I'm at a loss...my order was almost $100 and NOTHING!

I'm frustrated and angry!!! The bad part is the consultant is one of my girls and I don't want to upset her...but $100 is a lot and I either want my product or I will dispute the charges.

I will NOT be ordering from this company again!!!

Reason of review: poor customer service, order never received, etc.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Either my product or a FULL refund!.
